How To Be A Better Person

* Think of others more often than you think of yourself.
* Exercise as often as possible.
* Drink more milk and water.
* Save a life.
* Alleviate someone’s pain.
* Control your temper.
* Do not allow sadness to enter your life for extended periods of time.
* Don’t stress out over the things that you think are important because they’re probably not as important as you make them out to be when you waste your time worrying about them.
* Learn from your mistakes instead of repeating them.
* Be brave. Take chances.
* Indulge in artistic endeavors.
* Do what you can.
* Make someone’s day if you’re given the opportunity.
* Think before you (re)act.
* Smile. :)
